Everyone needs someone in their corner, don't they? A personal trainer is there to provide support, advice and encouragement. Someone to guide you to use the gym safely and effectively so you have enjoyable workouts. A personal trainer is specifically focussed on you and will help you get the very best results from your training with individually tailored programmes based on your objectives, needs and goals.
I will always be at the gym before you, so you are not hanging around! You will find me in reception ready to greet you with a smile and ask you about how your day is going. If you are new to the gym I will provide you with an overview of the facilities and services. We will start with a light cardiovascular warm up and this will give me an opportunity to chat to you, find out more about your lifestyle and understand your needs and goals. We will likely use all areas of the gym, resistance machines, free weights, cardiovascular equipment and mats for stretching. Understanding your current fitness level will be a key component of the first session. Towards the end of the 1 hour session I will ask for your feedback, what you liked and what you were less keen on. From there I can build programmes that meet all your needs, help you to reach your goals and ultimately see the results you want!
I am really flexible and can accommodate weekdays, evenings and weekends as required. Once we agree a regular day and time, this is your session time, either on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Definitely! Your home, the park, an outdoor space, an indoor space, exercise can be enjoyed everywhere! Get Set Rep also has access to a private gym in Milton Keynes.
